I am a graduate student at Rockefeller University studying multiple sclerosis. Broadly, I am exploring disease pathogenesis and repair from a neuroendocrinological perspective, specifically looking at the role of neurosteroid hormones like progesterone. Throughout my time in the lab and in this volatile political climate, I have become increasingly passionate about making science both accessible and important to the public at large. Through the Massive Science Consortium, I am hoping to gain valuable training and experience in the SciComm field in addition to involvement in an online community of like-minded peers.
